However, it is also advisable to buy egg whites, though, for both baking and baking for more intense cooking. In general, if we’re talking about eggs, we recommend using 2 large eggs to one egg white!

We usually recommend buying organic eggs for the reasons we’ve stated above, but that we do want to point out that organic eggs can have far higher protein and vitamins than conventional eggs.

Of course, you can never be too careful!

Eggs have a limited shelf life, so make sure you’re careful to shop around when you’re buying eggs.
