  • When did you eat?

  • What would you like for lunch?

  • Why don’t you want to look at me?
  • What would you like for dinner?

This method also works for talking to yourself about the time and place of eating. The hypnotist will also be able to talk your way out of certain situations.

Talk to yourself about food on radio or TV programs

If you don’t know how to hypnotize yourself, or want a friend to hypnotize you, it is very easy to listen to radio or television programs. You can talk about how you feel, or say something like you don’t like what you just ate or “This one is not too good” as an example. The hypnotist will be able to bring you back to the state you were in before you were given the suggestion.

Talking to yourself while going to the toilet

It is very easy to hypnotize someone while they are going to the toilet. If they say something like “Ouch! I don’t want to eat”, or “I love you but…”, then try the following technique:

Hypnotize yourself by saying out loud the words which will put you into a bad mood, such as “I am tired”, or “I hate to sleep on such a cold night”, or anything that will make you feel sad. These are some of the phrases that can be put in the mouth of you and the hypnotist. After you have said these words to yourself, you can repeat your words in the next moment by saying, again, “I am tired”, or “I hate to sleep on such a cold night”.

Talking to yourself while sitting in front of a mirror

Many people find it easier than any other method to talk to themselves while sitting in front of a mirror. But it also works to talk to someone else.

It is important to make sure that you do not get angry because of these thoughts. Also it is not allowed to make any negative comments about the person you are hypnotizing. Remember that even though you are talking to yourself, you are also speaking out of self-consciousness. So you should keep your self-consciousness in check.

Talking to your mirror while doing your tasks

If you are hypnotized while doing any activity that you need to do, such as taking a shower, you should use the technique of hypnosis to remind yourself that it is not really happening and that it is merely an illusion, so you can think of it differently if you want to.

However, if you are doing your work while hypnosis is being performed, then you can hypnotize yourself by saying, “I feel tired” or “I hate to do my work with my eyes closed”. When you tell yourself these words, then you must not tell yourself what you have to do.
